1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mayla (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mayla provides automated SEO analysis, keyword research, and AI-powered content generation for websites. The Service crawls websites, analyzes content, and generates recommendations and articles to improve search engine visibility.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must own or have authorization to manage the websites you add to Mayla
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of content generated through the Service
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Subscription and Billing

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. No further payments will be charged.

Refund eligibility is determined by resource usage during the current billing period:

  • Usage < 10% of plan limits: Full prorated refund (minus Stripe processing fees).
  • Usage between 10% and 50%: Partial refund calculated as remaining days minus usage penalty.
  • Usage over 50% of plan limits: No refund available. You have made use of the service equivalent to more than half your plan's value.

"Usage" is calculated as the higher of articles generated or videos rendered against your plan's monthly limits. Excessive usage in a short period (e.g., exhausting 50% of annual limits within days) constitutes fair use of the service and is not eligible for refund. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Mayla's AI is owned by you. The Service itself, including its software, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Mayla Labs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mayla is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to SEO ranking changes or content accuracy.
